Born under a trailer along the Front Range in Colorado, Sachi Moto survived her first six months living under that trailer before finding her way to us. Always zen and clearly a cat who had already lived many lives, Sachi led a dichotomous existence of being both an outdoor badass hunting at night but also a cat into intense hangs, often coming inside for late night cuddles. Given a virtual death sentence at age 8, Sachi stretched a “weeks or months” prognosis into 4.5 years, with 4.25 of them being relatively normal, quality years. She was our constant companion, inside and outside. It’s still hard to believe she isn’t going to jump through the window during the day or squeeze through the bedroom door at night to sleep with us. We miss her every day, but we also celebrate an amazing cat life lived. We love you always, Sachi.
A donation was made in Sachi Moto's memory and the memorial was created on July 23, 2018.
